What the fixed price of €149,000 includes
The fixed price covers the fully fitted tiny house, delivered and installed. The display home is in Luckau (Brandenburg), viewing by appointment. Your own unit is delivered to order.

Not included in the price. Together we look at your plot in advance: access, utility connections and foundation.
- Plot with access for the heavy-haulage truck and crane
- Foundation, e.g. six point foundations; a full-surface concrete foundation is not required
- Connections for water, wastewater and electricity (electrical connection by a certified contractor)
Whether and how you may install it on your plot depends on the federal state, the municipality and the planned use: guide to permits & installation (in German).
Delivery: It is delivered and installed at your prepared site within six months of ordering; the binding date is agreed in your contract.
